About Finergy Cycle
Irina’s infinite LOVE for indoor cycling began in 2006, and came to a high point in 2015 when she and her husband made their dream come true by opening the doors to Finergy Cycle in Woodland Hills. Her classes reflect her personality, her passion for bike riding and music comes through in every second of her classes, and her passion for sharing the benefits of cycling with every single person she meets make every ride ONE OF A KIND! Come prepared to go on a musical bike ride like no other !
A huge fan of, rthythmic climbs, out of the saddle jogs, counts of 10, 5 and 2, seated sprints to the rhythm followed by balance and core work intervals, Irina mixes it all up to leave your heart pounding and soul dancing!
Irina holds both Personal and Group Training certifications, TRX, and 2 Indoor Cycling certifications, was a dancer and gymnast since the age of 4 in her home country of Romania and all the way through senior year of high school in sunny California!
Daniel’s fitness background is extensive, currently a PRO Boxer, Daniel now rocks our spin world as well!

Hailing from the South Side of Chicago I grew up in the back of my parents record store. My dad and I use to cycle on the lakefront every summer. That being said, I grew up riding bikes and listening to music. I had no idea that both would pair into the passion of my life, teaching indoor cycling. I began this journey long before I really got started. I had a good friend invite me to a class and it’s been part of my life ever since.
I love to pair a good track with a solid climb while motivating my class to push themselves out of their comfort space to the next level. That is where the magic happens and lives are changed. My belief is that gratitude is our currency for elevation to anywhere we want to go in life.
I am certified in indoor cycling and in the process of becoming a NASM certified personal trainer.
Sarah challenges her classes to move outside their comfort zones while building an experience where everyone grows stronger together. Prepare yourself to work hard, push your self physically and mentally….and love every minute of it.

I stumbled upon spin classes about 4 months into my weight loss journey. Currently having lost almost 100 pounds, I remember feeling intimated about going to a gym or working out in front of other people. Spin became my savior. I was in a dark room, with loud beats, and no one to judge me. Within a couple months, spin became not just my exercise, but my therapy. As a mom of two young kids, my spin classes became MY time- my time to focus on growth and strength, to dig deep and to become a true warrior, even if it was for just an hour a day.
To this day, what amazes me most about spinning is how unique each workout is to the person doing it. You can make the class as challenging as you want. You can cater it towards your injuries. You can work every muscle group in your body with the proper form. You can rest when you need to and push when it’s time to go. It leaves you feeling invigorated, accomplished and like a total bad ass! When you hear the beat drop, it’s just you and that bike, and nothing else matters!
I wanted to give back to a studio that has done so much for me on my journey!! I have been inspired by instructors and fellow riders alike. And now, I promise to be a part of each of your journeys. We will get dirty, and sweaty, and happy and strong TOGETHER. We will struggle though the hills, coast the flats and slay the sprints. And as your workout comes to an end, I will be waiting for you at the finish line with pride and joy!
My motto is Mind Over Matter, Never Give Up, you only learn your limits by going beyond them. Be dedicated and stay consistent.
