Our indoor cycling classes are 45 minutes of riding on the bike, for this portion of class you can expect high intensity, heart racing, fat burning intervals, jogs, hills, climbs, sprints, in and out of saddle combinations, arm sections of push-ups and dips, jump counts of 10-8-5-2, tap backs, as well as seated combinations ranging from light and fast, to heavy and slow riding to the rhythm of the music. Fun, fun, fun!! The last 5 minutes of each class are off the bike, using 6 lbs. weights, the instructor will guide you through a targeted, intense upper body and core workout, followed by a heart rate stabilizing cool down and active stretch.
Our cycling classes are welcome to ALL LEVELS! From first timers to cycling champs, we are thrilled to have everyone on our team! Our instructors are trained to coach everyone on optimal bike setup for their body type and physical needs, proper form while riding the bike, Schwinn AC Performance Pro console integration with stat tracking, and they’re truly passionate about teaching cycling, which is the main reason why we are so thrilled to have them on our team!
