– Comfy training shoes are a must!
If you’re riding in our indoor cycling classes no need to worry, we got you!
Brand new cycling shoes with LOOK Delta cleats will be available to you at no extra cost! If you have your own pair you love so much please rock them, and enjoy!
And remember, we have triple link pedals on all our bikes which will accommodate BOTH SPD AND LOOK cleats! We do not use cages/baskets on any of our bikes.
If you’re training in our circuit format classes please be prepared with those comfy tennies you love so much!
– Change of clothes if you plan on being anywhere important after your training! You WILL sweat, and we do have a changing area.
– Don’t worry about bringing H2O as we have plenty for sale, as well as a water fountain on the cycling side, but we absolutely encourage lots of backup!
We kindly ask you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session, this will help our staff in assisting you with proper bike setup in our cycling classes, allow time to answer any of your questions, and most importantly create a few minutes of time for your to mentally and physically prepare for your training, breathe and remind yourself what brought you to the studio.
We will not allow access into any class 5 minutes after start time as it will not be possible to properly set you up thus assuring your safety on the equipment, BUT we will gladly save your spot and let the instructor know if you are running a couple of minutes late, just give us a call!
If we do not hear from you at all, your reserved spot will be automatically released to a wait listed student in all three of our classes.
Anything that you feel comfy and fabulous in, anything that allows for ample movement and range of motion, anything that will facilitate your training session and allow you to feel at your very best!
Typically clothing that breathes well and dries quickly works best for most cross training as there will be sweat!
Expect the instructor to introduce his/herself to you and briefly explain the class format, answer questions you may have, and encourage you to go at your own pace and listen to your body. Expect to sweat, but remember that it is only your first class, and nothing is ever built in one day! Breathe, focus your mind and your energy towards this new training regimen you are embarking on, relax your body and allow yourself time to grow. Most importantly, have FUN! Otherwise, why do it?!
Well, speaking from personal experience, rigorous training is never a good idea while pregnant!
Please, speak with your doctor and listen to him/her!
We will always be here and ready to train you postpartum, and will gladly discuss training variation ideas with you while you’re expecting.
We strongly recommend you discuss any rigorous training methods with your physician before starting, and receive specific clearance. Please review our liability waiver for more details.
Depending on the condition and your fitness level, there are many variation possibilities to ensure safe training practices which we will be happy to explain to you.
In our lockers with key pad lock! We have plenty of them and they’re super easy to use!
We are not responsible for loss or damage of any personal belongings so if you have safety concerns we encourage you to leave valuables at home.
We do have a nice changing area available to you, but we do not have showers.
– Cancellations are accepted at no charge to you if made 12 hrs or more prior to your scheduled class. Cancellations received within 12 hrs will result in a single class deducted from your package, or a charge of $22 if you are on the unlimited plan, or one of our month to month auto-renew plans, or the loss of your single class if pre paid one class only.
